This is an overpriced scam. The chain turned my neck green and the "rose gold" bar turned black. I was offered a refund but would have to pay a 30% "restocking fee." Their grammar and poor spelling in their emails and websites completely show how it's not a legitimate company. Way too expensive for defective jewelry. Also how interesting that you can view these raving reviews on their website but you can't write your own.
Item was sent from Israel, not the Uk as they would have you believe. Took a long time to arrive. Colour of stones was inaccurate compared to photos. Rings were much smaller than the pictures show them. And they're not cheap. Engraving was not real engraving, just black text added onto the metal, don't believe it will last long. Communication was terrible. They take ages to respond and when they do, it's usually "sorry we can't find your order in our records". They're refusing to reply once I have asked for a return/refund. Can't recommend them at all. Pink stone turned out clear.

I love my necklace so much. I ordered it as soon as my son was born. The delivery was long but it worked out well for me as i changed my mind about the inscription so in the end i got exactly what i wanted
BEWARE NECKLACE TARNISHES SHORTLY AFTER A YEAR!
The quality and gold rating of their product is questionable if the necklace tarnished shortly after a year. For the entire time the necklace has been kept in its original box in a dry bedroom with dry weather (California) and it still tarnished. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT IT TO LAST MORE THAN A YEAR.

I was looking for a necklace that was unique. I saw this one and right away knew it was what I wanted. My mother in law loved it.
I purchased 2 items in Aprile 2021 received 15% discount on next order.
I purchased 2 more items in May 2021 but had no way to obtain my discount. Called the phone number published on the website. Fake number. Tried to chat via website, the answer was "will check and call you back" never heard anything.
I will not recommend this company also because the items are is extremely overpriced.
Love it and will get another. Liked the quality and the length.
It is beautiful I am sure my daughter will love it when I give it to her on her birthday in June.
Absolute horrible to order from!!!! It was advertised that I would get my order by Mother’s Day and it was late. The worst part about it is they are missing one of my necklaces. How do I only receive part of my order?
We ordered and received on time a beautiful solid gold custom named necklace for my little girl just in time for her birthday! The necklace made in her name and stylish heart below (not monogrammed) arrived Friday May 7, ordered late evening Friday April 30. MyNameNecklace tracking showed creation, packing and shipping and FedEx tracking shows going from Israel to Cologne Germany and apparently by 777 direct to FedEx central hub in Memphis, TN all on Thursday and then to Newark, NJ and delivered to my mailbox on Friday -- Perfect! -- From late night order on Friday to our home around noon the next Friday -- Amazing job by all involved -- Thank You! We'll be ordering again and with discount from their follow-up emails. We received a 10% discount on this order.
I ordered a necklace from them over 2 months ago, they claim to handmake every item tailored to your needs. I asked for a lowercase letter at the beginning of the necklace and was told this wouldnt be an issue. I then received notice that it was being shipped, fast forward 2 weeks from then and I didnt receive a product. When I emailed them they told me they were sorry for the delay and offered me a free item. Fast forward 2 weeks from that, still no product or free item. I emailed them again and was told the product did not meet their quality standards and was held back, then I emailed again a week later and was told the product hasnt even been made nevertheless even shipped because it was held up in production. The issue was that my lowercased beginning letter was a "special order" and has been held up in production. If every necklace is custom made and all I requested was a lowercased letter what is the issue!?! Customer service keeps giving the run around, there is no one to talk to on the phone and I keep having to email a new customer service rep. This company is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN OR RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!
The necklace I purchased for my granddaughter was beautiful, the necklace was delivered 2days before the due date, the courier was very professional and due to the fact I wasn't contactable when he called, I later returned their call & was delighted that he returned within 2 hours after our call, awesome service
